The 4 Day Get Away is an intensive training camp focused on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. This camp is designed for athletes looking to develop their international wrestling skills, prepare for upcoming competitions, or expand their wrestling knowledge beyond folkstyle. OVERNIGHT CAMP INFORMATION Sleeping Arrangements : There are no distractions! Your wrestlers will be focused on one thing: WRESTLING! All wrestlers sleep right on the wrestling mats on a sleeping bag or air mattress in the wrestling room. If your wrestlers are not afraid of hard work and want to reach their full potential in the sport of wrestling, this camp is a must! What's Included • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided daily • Evening team activities, mindset sessions, and recovery routines • 24/7 staff supervision and support • Access to on-site athletic trainer What to Bring (Overnight) • Sleeping bag or air mattress • Workout clothes (see packing list for quantities) • Wrestling shoes • Toiletries (including antibacterial soap) • Water bottle with your name on it • Journal for mindset sessions • Positive attitude!
Cancellation Policy
Ethics: A high standard of behavior and moral values are enforced at all Miami Hawks Camp! Violators will be sent home without refund. Refunds: Signing up for a camp secures YOUR spot. Our Camps and events sell out. Because of this, NO refunds are given for not attending a session unless you have a doctor's excuse. Doctor’s note cancellation will entitle you to a 50% refund. No exceptions!
