The 5 Day Get Away is an intensive training camp focused on Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. This camp is designed for athletes looking to develop their international wrestling skills, prepare for upcoming competitions, or expand their wrestling knowledge beyond folkstyle. COMMUTER CAMP INFORMATION Our commuter option is perfect for local athletes who prefer to travel to and from camp each day. Details • Daily drop-off and pick-up required by a parent or guardian • Lunch is included with all training sessions • Campers are responsible for their own breakfast and dinner • Full access to every training session, workshop, and group activity during the camp day What to Bring (Commuter) • Workout clothes • Wrestling shoes • Snacks • Water bottle with your name on it • Journal for mindset sessions • Great attitude ready to learn and compete! Training Focus Areas • Freestyle technique and positioning • Greco-Roman upper body attacks • International wrestling rules and strategy • Par terre (ground) wrestling in both styles • Exposure and turn techniques • Live wrestling in Freestyle and Greco formats • Mental preparation and competition mindset
Cancellation Policy
Ethics: A high standard of behavior and moral values are enforced at all Miami Hawks Camp! Violators will be sent home without refund. Refunds: Signing up for a camp secures YOUR spot and removes a bed from other potential campers. These camps sell out. Because of this, NO refunds are given for not attending a camp unless you have a doctor's excuse. Doctor’s note cancellation will entitle you to a 50% refund. No exceptions!
