Service Description

Takedown Machine - June 21-23 Become unstoppable on your feet. This explosive 3-day camp covers the complete takedown game—single legs, double legs, high-crotches, duck-unders, and throws. Learn proper setups, level changes, finishing techniques, and chain wrestling sequences. Wrestlers will develop the speed, timing, and arsenal to score from neutral at will. Commuter ONLY: Full daily training and tournament access with lunch provided. Athletes train from morning through afternoon and return home each evening. Drop-off time: June 21 - Starts at 3:00PM June 22 - 7:00AM June 23 - 7:00AM Pick-Up time: June 21 - Ends at 8:00PM June 22 - 5:30PM June 23 - 5:30PM _________ CAMP PREPARATION What to Bring: Knee pads Wrestling shoes Running shoes Headgear Mouthguards Disinfectant or cleansing soap (such as Dial) for showering Multiple sets of workout clothes (you may need to change 3-4 times per day) A set of workout clothes includes: t-shirt, socks, and shorts—a clean set is needed for each session Extra pillows/blankets (if needed) Journal/notepad Extra money (optional, for camp gear or additional meals/drinks) Important Notes: Plan to bring enough workout clothes for multiple changes throughout each day _________ Camp Director: Pat Lugo — 2x D1 All-American, Big 10 Champion Guest Clinicians: Stephen Buchanan- (June 23) D1 National Champion 4x D1 All-American BIG 12 Champion
