Summer Games + Tournament - June 4th - 7th: Kick off the summer with an action-packed 3-day camp followed by a competitive tournament on 4th day. This condensed format delivers high-intensity training, live wrestling, and tournament competition in one exciting package. Perfect for wrestlers looking to sharpen their skills and compete before the main camp sessions begin. WHO CAN JOIN Athletes in Grades K-12 College-aged athletes (18-21) Age 21 is the maximum age to participate ________ Camp Schedule: June 4 4-6pm: Check in/ Registration 6:00pm Welcome Talk 6:15pm - 8pm: Wrestling Session 8:00pm: Pick up Athlete June 5 7-9am: Early Drop-off/Doors Open 9am- 11:30am: Wrestling Session - Drills, Technique, Live 11:30am- 1:00pm: Rest/Lunch 1:00pm- 2:30pm: Wrestling Session - Technique 2:30- 3:30pm: Rest 3:30pm- 5:00pm: Wrestling Session- Technique, Live 5:00pm: Pick Up Athlete June 6 7-9am: Early Drop-off/Doors Open 9am- 11:30am: Wrestling Session - Drills, Technique, Live 11:30am- 1:00pm: Rest/Lunch 1:00pm- 2:30pm: Wrestling Session - Technique 2:30- 3:30pm: Rest 3:30pm- 5:00pm: Wrestling Session- Technique, Live 5:00pm: Weigh ins/ Registration 5:00pm: Pick Up Athlete June 7 - Tournament Day 7:00- 8:00am: Weigh ins/ Registration 9:00 am: Wrestling Begins 3:00pm; Concludes Wrestling (expected time to be done, can change) ________ CAMP PREPARATION What to Bring: Knee pads Wrestling shoes Running shoes Headgear Mouthguards Disinfectant or cleansing soap (such as Dial) for showering Multiple sets of workout clothes (you may need to change 3-4 times per day) A set of workout clothes includes: t-shirt, socks, and shorts—a clean set is needed for each session Extra pillows/blankets (if needed) Journal/notepad Extra money (optional, for camp gear or additional meals/drinks) ________ Important Notes: Plan to bring enough workout clothes for multiple changes throughout each day ________ PARENT AND GUARDIAN INFORMATION Please be aware: Parents/legal guardians and athletes may stay at the wrestling venue during break sessions There will be supervision for athletes during break sessions
Cancellation Policy
Ethics: A high standard of behavior and moral values are enforced at all Miami Hawks Camp! Violators will be sent home without refund. Refunds: Signing up for a camp secures YOUR spot and removes a bed from other potential campers. These camps sell out. Because of this, NO refunds are given for not attending a camp unless you have a doctor's excuse. Doctor’s note cancellation will entitle you to a 50% refund. No exceptions!
