Service Description

Scramble and Defense - June 17-19 Develop the defensive awareness and scrambling ability that separates good wrestlers from great ones. This module focuses on hand fighting, sprawls, re-attacks, and winning the 50/50 scramble positions. Learn to counter shots, defend attacks, and turn defensive situations into offensive opportunities. Athletes will build the reflexes and confidence to handle any attacking style. Commuter ONLY: Full daily training and tournament access with lunch provided. Athletes train from morning through afternoon and return home each evening. Drop-off time: June 17 - Starts at 3:00PM June 18 - 7:00AM June 19 - 7:00AM Pick-Up time: June 17 - Ends at 8:00PM June 18 - 5:30PM June 19 - 5:30PM _________ CAMP PREPARATION What to Bring: Knee pads Wrestling shoes Running shoes Headgear Mouthguards Disinfectant or cleansing soap (such as Dial) for showering Multiple sets of workout clothes (you may need to change 3-4 times per day) A set of workout clothes includes: t-shirt, socks, and shorts—a clean set is needed for each session Extra pillows/blankets (if needed) Journal/notepad Extra money (optional, for camp gear or additional meals/drinks) Important Notes: Plan to bring enough workout clothes for multiple changes throughout each day __________ COACHING STAFF Camp Director - Pat Lugo Guest Clinicians by Module: Daton Fix (June 19) 5x D1 All-American, 5x Big 12 Champion, U20 World Champion, 2021 World Silver
