14-Day Elite Wrestling Camp This 14-day program is the complete package 4 progressive training modules, two full weeks of championship-level coaching, and 2 competitive tournaments to test everything learned. No distractions. Athletes focus on one thing: WRESTLING. Overnight wrestlers sleep on the mats (sleeping bag or air mattress) for full immersion. WEEK 1 Tough on Top — June 14–16 Breakdowns, dominant control, and finishing with authority. Scramble & Defense — June 17–19 Defensive awareness and scrambling skills that separate good from great. 🏆 Tournament — June 20 WEEK 2 Takedown Machine — June 21–23 Complete takedown system: singles, doubles, high-crotches, duck-unders, throws.
