UPCOMING SESSIONS​ Monday, Nov 24th 7:00 AM:  Doors Open (early drop off) 8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Check in/Registration 9:00 AM: Welcome Talk 9:15 AM - 11:00 AM – Session 1: Technique + Live Wrestling  11:00 AM - 12:30 PM – Lunch Break (Bring your own or purchase on-site) 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM – Session 2:  15 min Warm Up + 3 Live Matches (Bring Singlets) 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM – Break, Recovery, Games 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM – Session 3: Technique + Live Wrestling  5:00 PM: Pick Up Athlete ​ Tuesday, Nov 25th 7:00 AM:  Doors Open (early drop off) 8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Check in/Registration 9:00 AM: Welcome Talk 9:15 AM - 11:00 AM – Session 1: Technique + Live Wrestling  11:00 AM - 12:30 PM – Lunch Break (Bring your own or purchase on-site) ​ 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM – Session 2:  15 min Warm Up + 3 Live Matches (Bring Singlets) 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM – Break, Recovery, Games 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM – Session 3: Technique + Live Wrestling  5:00 PM: Pick Up Athlete -While lunch will be available for purchase, we recommend bringing your own food and snacks for the day. -Rest assured, supervision will be provided throughout the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Your Camp Preparation: You may need to change workout clothes 3-4 times a day. Locker Rooms will NOT be provided. A SET OF WORK-OUT CLOTHES INCLUDES: T-SHIRT, SOCKS AND SHORTS! A CLEAN SET IS NEEDED FOR EACH SESSION. Extra money is not needed but may be nice to have to buy camp gear or spend on additional meals/drinks.
